Club and Member Sponsorship Opportunities

As a Toastmaster who understands the value of the communication and leadership skills we gain and our members gain from participating in the Toastmasters program, we encourage and invite you, your club, and your members to share their successes, congratulations, and well-wishes in our District 13 Toastmasters Fall Conference Program Book!

This will be the last Fall Conference and it is our District’s 75th Anniversary! We hope you will make this Diamond Anniversary EXTRAORDINARY by placing an ad in our program book! We want our clubs to highlight their year and tell us something good! We are excited to hear great things about our members across the district. Your ad will be seen by approximately 150+ Toastmasters from western and central Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia attending the Fall Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry from Friday, October 27, 2017 through Saturday, October 28, 2017.

The program book will be 8-1/2” x 11” in size. All ads should be submitted via email to d13PQD@d13tm.com no later than Monday, October 2, 2017. Include the size of the ad and print ready artwork.

$100.00 for a full black and white page ad
$ 50.00 for a half black & white page ad
$ 25.00 for a quarter black & white page ad
$ 20.00 for a business card size ad
$ 15.00 for a Patron ad (having your name listed as a patron of the conference)

This is a great way to highlight your club’s success, wish members competing in the Humorous and Table Topics contest well, and have a business, product and/or service your club member may want to share with attendees by placing an ad.

Payment is due no later than Monday, October 2, 2017 and checks/money order should be made payable to District 13 Toastmasters. All payment should be mailed to Jessica Mineard, District 13 Finance Manager at 169B Shirley Drive, Monaca, PA 15061.
